RTCA 2025 National Conference
The RTCA National Conference is very important to the Chaplaincy. From all over the country (and beyond), those who serve the horseracing industry through this special ministry will be able to gather and learn from each other. It’s a time to be equipped, to rest, to worship, to pray, and an essential time of fellowship. The conference location this year is Christian Retreat Conference Center in Bradenton, FL. This beautiful retreat is an escape from the day-to-day busyness and pressures we often find ourselves in. The surroundings will allow us to focus on God’s Word, God’s presence, and the friendship of God’s people. It’s a needed renewal in a Christ-Centered environment. As always, the speakers, the workshops, trainings, and activities will be first rate. We’re excited about all the possibilities of serving there and pray each attendee will return to their ministries with renewed strength to share God's love.

Hello Sonshine! is the theme of the 2025 RTCA National Conference.
The theme verse is:
"Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast.
If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me,” even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you."
Psalm 139:7-12
NOTE: REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS!
- If you are coming as a single, please choose 1 Single Occupancy Room. That represents one room, one set of meals.
- If you are coming as a couple OR rooming with someone, and there are two people sharing a room, please choose "1" Double Occupancy Room. Each Double Occupancy Room represents one room, but two people in the meal count.
If you are bringing children, make sure each child is registered. Note: Each room has a four person maximum occupancy and there is a meal package for each child:
- Children 0-2 years of age = Free
- Children 3-8 years of age = Discounted rate for meals
- Children 9 years and above = Adult meal rate
There will be six different adult room and meal categories (children need to also be registered, but separately):
- General Assembly Members (Single Occupancy Room)- Members of the RTCA General Assembly (Chaplains, Council Presidents, Ambassadors, RTCA Board) traveling as a single will use this ticket.
- General Assembly Members (Double Occupancy Room)- Members of the RTCA General Assembly (Chaplains, Council Presidents, Ambassadors, RTCA Board) traveling with their spouse OR rooming with another General Assembly member will use this ticket.
- Local Council Members and Local Chaplaincy Staff (Single Occupancy Room)- If you are a member of a local Council or a paid local Chaplaincy staff member, and not sharing a room with a spouse or a colleague, you will use this ticket to register.
- Local Council Member and Local Chaplaincy Staff (Double Occupancy Room)- If you are a member of a local Council OR a paid local Chaplaincy staff member, and will be attending the conference with a spouse OR rooming with another local Council/staff member, you will use this ticket to register. **Please note: If you are sharing a room with a colleague, use this ticket and list your roommate's name so we will know to place you together.
- Other Friends of RTCA Reservation (Single Occupancy Room)- If you are a single attending the conference and do not fall under one of the designations above, use this ticket to register.
- Other Friends of RTCA Reservation (Double Occupancy Room)- If you and your spouse are attending the conference and do not fall under one of the designations above, use this ticket to register. ***Please note: If you are sharing a room with a colleague, use this ticket and list your roommate's name so we will know to place you together.
